I somehow got the notion into my head that doing Insanity and T25 would be the next logical progression, and I'm now three days into this regimen. Then I limped to the end of my second round two weeks ago due to a shoulder injury in mid September (pulled AC tendon from being careless while doing push-ups) and some long-term travel. I started Insanity in May this year, completed one round with 15 lbs lost (220 - 205 I'm 6') and definitely looking better than I have in a years.
